Hey there, I’m Ashley!

I’m a wife, a mama, and I am also one million more things, probably a LOT like you. To share just a few, I’m a photographer, content creator, everyday oiler, and I am obsessed with all things Golden Retriever and horses. I wear a lot of hats, and my inspiration and grit comes from that! It is my joy being a multi-passionate entrepreneur — I hope to help YOU see and find the beauty in your own life, and to help you live it WELL.

 

My Story

I am a Michigan gal but I’ve lived in Louisville since I was eighteen when I moved here for college. My husband Asa and I have been married for twelve years and we have two spunky and amazing kids. 

I moved to Kentucky originally because I dreamt of becoming a horse racing jockey, as growing up, I lived and breathed horses. I took lessons and show jumped but I never owned my own horse. Then I turned thirty and God helped my biggest dream come true. I now have two Thoroughbreds and if you follow me over on Instagram, you’ll see them quite often in my stories there. They each teach me in different ways, and it really is through them that I have realized you should NEVER stop believing and pursuing your passions.

I started blogging back in 2013 as a way to express myself through my love of writing and documenting our family through photos and words. As a professional photographer, my heart beats for capturing perfectly imperfect moments and memories. This space led me to collaborating with incredible companies that align with my brand so from time to time, you will see some of that sponsored work here on this platform.
